OHCA District III Celebrity Golf Outing
Join us at the 25th annual OHCA District III Celebrity Golf Scramble!
The OHCA District III Celebrity Golf Scramble will be held Thursday, June 1st, at Country Acres Golf Club, 17374 St. Rt. 694, Ottawa, Ohio. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. with a 10:30 a.m. start time. Dinner will be served at 4:30 p.m.

The 2017 golf scramble will benefit the Educational Foundation of Ohio Health Care Association.
Our special Guests are NFL Alumni and the event will be presented by Gordon Food Service.
Highlights
There will be prizes and a raffle during dinner. Celebrities present will include NFL Alumni, military veterans and active duty. A cash bar will also be available.
Other highlights include a skins game, mulligans, longest drive, closest to the pin, football toss, corn hole challenge, putt for eagle, and both a silent and live auction.
Raffle tickets will be available. Purchase three for $10 or nine for $25 for a chance to win a Travel Voucher OR Golf Equipment Package valued at $1,200. 50/50 Raffle incomplete teams will be filled at the discretion of the golf committee.
